Prep Your Home for Sale!

When getting ready to sell your home make sure you give it curb appeal.

The following ideas are based on our experience in the selling market.

1. Make sure the the yard, front and back looks nice and clean.
2. Clean up and water the lawn, dump debrees, cover any holes in the dirt with bags of top soil or any soil. 
3. Water down and debrees on the roof or walls that may have dirt stains.
4. Power wash your floor to remove any oil or stains that are sore to the eye.
5. Inside the home clean up any clutter.
6. Patch up holes in the walls or paint areas that need painting.
7. Get your carpet cleaned and floor waxed.
8. Clean your windows.
9. wash down your garage door.
10. change door knobs.
11. Have double strapped water heaters.
12. Install carbon monoide detectors 1 per floor.
13. Install smoke detectors in every bedroom and 1 in the hallway.
14. Paint any wood chip paint.
15. Change any doors that may be broken.
16. Change Electrical wall covers if broken.
17. Clean or replace window screens.
18. Make sure to have light bulbs in every room.
