When getting ready to sell your home make sure you give it curb appeal.
The following ideas are based on our experience in the selling market.
- Make sure the the yard, front and back looks nice and clean.
- Clean up and water the lawn, dump debrees, cover any holes in the dirt with bags of top soil or any soil.
- Water down and debrees on the roof or walls that may have dirt stains.
- Power wash your floor to remove any oil or stains that are sore to the eye.
- Inside the home clean up any clutter.
- Patch up holes in the walls or paint areas that need painting.
- Get your carpet cleaned and floor waxed.
- Clean your windows.
- wash down your garage door.
- change door knobs.
- Have double strapped water heaters.
- Install carbon monoide detectors 1 per floor.
- Install smoke detectors in every bedroom and 1 in the hallway.
- Paint any wood chip paint.
- Change any doors that may be broken.
- Change Electrical wall covers if broken.
- Clean or replace window screens.
- Make sure to have light bulbs in every room.
